"Going into this, my sole goal was to lose weight but I got so much more out of the coaching with Emily. I have really noticed how much stronger and fitter I feel on a daily basis! Emily is really knowledgeable and really took the time to tailor my programme to fit my needs, and changed it up after each review too! I have learned a wide variety of new exercises and it’s all things I can easily do at home too! I’ll miss my sessions, but hope to book back in with Emily again in the future!"
