How I coach:
1:1 PT and Small Group training: St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa in St Peter Port Guernsey.
Zumba® Classes: In person live classes at St Stephen's Community Centre and St Martin's Parish Hall. See Exercise Class tab (section) for further information.
1:1 home based PT: in St Peter Port Guernsey and surrounding areas, approx. 2.5 miles from my address in GY1. If your home is further, this will incur an additional cost.
Online Coaching: All countries available.
