"I signed up with Emily to help me kickstart my fitness and nutrition journey. Emily was amazing… we worked out together each week, and she adapted my routine as I got stronger. She also assessed what I was eating, and made small recommendations each week to help me improve my diet. In 4 weeks I feel physically stronger, and getting closer to my goal of a 30 inch waist each week! Even though she doesn’t have too, she still checks in with me. Emily is genuinely passionate about helping women become healthier, and lose weight/inches sensibly. No fad diets.
